Nadia Comaneci (Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej and is now Onesti) Romanian Gymnast born on November 12, 1961. She was the first Romanian who scored a total of 10 at an Olympic competition. Bela Karalyi was introduced to Comaneci at the age of six. She later became Romania's gymnastics instructor.
