Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in the sports of combat. She studied kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before she made her debut appearance as an amateur at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd gained momentum from this victory and went on a 3-fight victory streak in Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents in the opening round in all the fights. In WCFC Ladd was able to defeat Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen a unanimous defeat and outclassed her to tarnish Ladd's professional career. Ladd beat Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her amateur record from 8-1 to 8-1. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta 11, she was able to take on Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She took the next match with Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen used superior wrestling to beat McGill in the third round of a TKO. Aspen then went on to take on Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 in a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy via TKO. The Invicta Fight Night 21 was her final fight with the company. She defeated Sijara Ebanks by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She dominated Lina as she ground-and-pound pounded her for an TKO victory in the second round. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd was victorious in round one and was awarded the Performance of the Night Bonus. She fought her first big fight at her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The two fighters put on an exchange of blows that culminated with Ladd triumphing via a unanimous decision and both fighters receiving an award known as the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie only needed 16 seconds to end Ladd and her winning streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya after the third round of UFC on ESPN 7. For a rematch She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was lost by majority verdict.
